How long does a detail take?
An exterior runs about one and a half to two and a half hours. An interior is about two to three and a half hours. A full detail is four to six hours. Ceramic coatings are a longer appointment scheduled ahead of time.
What happens if it rains?
If the weather looks bad we will reach out the morning of to reschedule. We do not mind light drizzle for interior jobs, but heavy rain means we move you to the next open slot at no charge.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We take card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and cash. Whatever is easiest for you works for us.
Can I leave the keys and not be there during the service?
Yes, a lot of our customers do exactly that. We just need to know where the keys will be and how to reach you if a question comes up mid-job. You do not have to stand out there while we work.
Can you come to an apartment or office parking lot?
Most of the time, yes. We just need a parking spot where the car can sit for the length of the service. If your building has rules about vendors, let us know when you book so we can plan around it.
