Can you get pet hair out of the carpet?
Yes, most of the time. We use brushes and vacuums that pull hair out instead of just moving it around. Dog and cat hair is the most common add-on we run, and we charge $45 for it.
What about kid stains, spilled coffee, or mystery marks?
Those are the stains we deal with most often. A standard spot treatment is included; for heavier stains we add the $35 stain treatment. Old set-in stains may fade a lot but not fully disappear.
Is your leather cleaner safe on my seats?
Yes. We use pH-balanced cleaner and a conditioner that is safe for factory leather. We do not use all-purpose cleaner on leather because it dries the material out.
How long does the inside take to dry?
Mats and shampooed carpet are usually dry to the touch within a few hours. If the weather is cool or humid, cracking a window for the rest of the day helps.
